Order Modification

For Group Buy order, you can add group buy items to the order before the group buy ends. You can remove items or cancel Group Buy order until five (5) days before the group buy ends. After that, no changes can be made to your group buy order.

For In Stock order, you can make changes or cancel your order before the order is packed and shipped. After the order has been shipped, no modification can be made.

For Pre-Order / Extras order, modification must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after your submitted your order.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in the cases of wrong item shipped or evidence given of defective product beyond reasonable manufacturing error.
